By using Just Enough, you agree to the following:

Just Enough is

An evidence-based bone health tracking tool that adds up the calcium and vitamin D you get from food and supplements and shows it against the published recommended intake and upper limit for your age category, alongside strength activity and time outdoors.

Just Enough is not

A general wellness and information tool. It is not intended to diagnose, prevent, monitor or treat osteoporosis, fractures or any other medical condition, and it is not intended to be used as a medical device. It cannot tell you anything about your bone density or health.

The figures are the published recommended intakes for your age category, not a measurement of what your body needs. Individual requirements differ. If you have a medical condition, take medicines that affect calcium or bone metabolism, have previously had kidney stones, or have been advised to follow a specific calcium or vitamin D intake, check with your healthcare professional before making significant changes based on the app. Don’t use it instead of seeing a healthcare professional.

Accuracy

The calcium figures for foods are typical values, not measurements of the food in front of you. Supplement figures come from what you type in off the label. The UV calculation is a clear-sky estimate based on the sun’s angle. It does not account for cloud cover or other local conditions, so actual exposure may differ.

The results in Just Enough are informational estimates. They compare what you logged with published guidelines. They are not a recommendation to increase or reduce a supplement, food, or medicine.

Just Enough is committed to keeping all information accurate and updated, and all claims are referenced against credible, public citations. We can’t promise it is free of error.

Trial and subscriptions

• Fourteen days free, with no card and no sign-up.
• After that, the Just Enough subscription costs $49 a year and renews annually.
• You can cancel any time at lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders — sign in with the email you paid with, then choose Manage Subscription.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. It doesn’t cut you off. You keep using Just Enough until the end of your subscription period.
• Prices may change, but never for a year you’ve already paid for, and you will be notified before renewal.

Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation or refund right you have under applicable consumer law.

Payment processing

Lemon Squeezy processes your purchase subject to checkout terms. Legally, they are the seller, and they collect and remit any sales tax or VAT due in your country. Your licence to use Just Enough, and your use of the service, are governed by these terms with G&G Advocacy (Pty) Ltd.

Your license

Your license key is personal to you. Please don’t share or resell it.

Your data

Everything you log is stored on your device. If you turn on syncing, an encrypted copy is stored so your devices can sync. It is encrypted with a key that only you can read.

Use Save a copy to keep your own backup file. Without a backup or a sync code, clearing your browser, losing the device, or uninstalling it takes your log with it, and you can’t recover it.

If the service stops

Should Just Enough be discontinued, you will be notified in advance, and any remaining time on your subscription will be refunded.

Liability

Just Enough is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, G&G Advocacy’s total liability arising from your use of Just Enough is limited to the amount you paid for Just Enough in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence, fraud, or anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Using Just Enough responsibly

Please don’t try to interfere with the service, copy or reverse-engineer it, resell it, or use it in a way that damages it for anyone else, except where the law expressly allows you to.

Who owns Just Enough

The app, its design, its content and the material belong to G&G Advocacy (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. Subscribing gives you a personal right to use Just Enough. It does not give you ownership.

The information you log belongs to you.

Changes

We may update Just Enough and these terms from time to time. If a change materially affects your rights or paid subscription, you will be notified before it takes effect.

Just Enough is operated by G&G Advocacy (Pty) Ltd

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which G&G Advocacy (Pty) Ltd is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This doesn’t take away your rights under your country’s consumer law.
